Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a return.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
