At Grabonic, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days (India)

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available for selected pin codes)

  • International delivery is currently not available.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

  • Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • For damaged packages, please take pictures and email them to us immediately.
